Jazleen “JLEAN” Senshi is a director, writer, and producer originally from Chicago, IL. Starting at the age of 16, JLEAN began throwing parties, which quickly led to producing event activations for brands and artists on a global scale. With a natural flair for storytelling, JLEAN’s creative journey evolved from event production to directing, a transition that allowed them to explore deeper narratives in various forms of media.

JLEAN’s career initially took root in the adult film industry, where they honed their skills as a director. Since moving to Los Angeles, JLEAN has expanded their work to include more narrative-driven projects, music videos, and commercials.

Their experimental short film, Waves of Love, was featured at the 20th Annual International Queer Women of Color Film Festival in San Francisco, an event organized by the Queer Women of Color Media Arts Project.
